Refurbished GlocalMe devices come in a non-shrink-wrapped color box that is in good condition. The package includes all standard accessories, such as the main device, user manual, and charging cable.
Yes. All refurbished GlocalMe devices come with Global 1GB preloaded data valid for 90 days, allowing you to start using the device immediately after activation.
Refurbished GlocalMe devices are available for shipping within North America only, including the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Orders of refurbished products over $69 qualify for free shipping. For refurbished orders under $69, a $9.90 shipping fee will be applied.
Refurbished products follow a different policy from brand-new items.
If the device has a quality-related issue and its exterior remains undamaged, GlocalMe offers a 30-day exchange service.
Returns are not supported for refurbished products, and exchanges or returns for non-quality-related reasons are not accepted.
