Our CloudSIM data plan is associated with GlocalMe Hotspot device, but SIM Card plan corresponds to SIM card, which can not be inserted into our GlocalMe Hotspot device.
Is there a link to recharge the SIM card?
You can recharge your SIM card through GlocalMe SIM Card Recharge. Please leave your ICCID NO. in the order notes on the checkout page, our team member will recharge the SIM card for you.
How long is the validity period of a SIM card?
You need to activate it within 3 months after purchase. It may become invalid after the expiration date.

After the first data package is used up, you can turn to GlocalMe to buy another data package to add on to the SlM card and don' t need to buy a new SlM. It is reusable. Besides, we provide customized packages and renewal services.

No, currently SlM card cannot be used in the GlocalMe WiFi devices, needs to be inserted into mobile phone to use.
Does the rechargeable GlocalMe SlM Card connected to the same networks as the device does?
No, the network operator will be determined when the SlM is activated while the device can select the optimal network signal at anytime.
