기기 구매 시

GlocalMe 제품에 완전히 만족하지 못하시는 경우, 어떤 이유로든 환불 또는 교환을 요청하실 수 있습니다. 구매하신 기기를 반품하시려면 발송일로부터 30일 이내에 다음의 간단한 안내를 따라주시기 바랍니다. 기기는 손상 없이 완벽한 상태로 반품되어야 합니다.

반품하실 물품은 원래 포장재에 넣어 포장해 주십시오.
영수증 사본(또는 원본)을 동봉해 주십시오.
원하시는 배송 방법을 통해 반품해 주세요.
반품 상품 수령 확인 후 환불 금액이 계좌에 반영되기까지 영업일 기준 10일이 소요될 수 있습니다.

데이터 구매 관련

렌탈 구매의 경우

저희가 배송하지 않은 주문에 대해서는 전액 환불이 가능합니다.

고객이 임대 기기 배송 후 임대 주문을 취소하는 경우, 고객은 uCloudlink에 취소 수수료 19.90달러를 지불해야 합니다.

대여 종료일로부터 2일 이내에 기기를 반납해 주시기 바랍니다. 기한 내에 기기를 반납하지 않을 경우, 2일(영업일 기준) 이후 매일 9.99달러의 연체료가 부과됩니다. 연체료는 반납 예정일부터 기기 반납일까지 매일 발생하며, 기기당 최대 누적 연체료는 100달러입니다.

임대 기기가 파손된 상태로 반환될 경우, 고객에게 다음과 같은 손해 배상금이 청구됩니다.

a. 기기가 작동하지 않을 경우, 미화 100달러.

b. 기기용 USB 케이블이 없거나 손상된 경우: 미화 5달러.

c. 기기용 파우치가 없거나 손상된 경우 미화 5달러입니다.

SIM 카드 구매 시

데이터 패키지는 유심 카드가 발송된 후에는 잠겨서 재판매가 불가능하기 때문에, 배송 전 환불만 가능합니다.

로밍 네트워크의 품질 및 서비스 범위는 국가별로 다를 수 있습니다. 로밍 중 타사 네트워크 또는 타사 회선을 이용한 데이터 통신의 가용성, 품질, 작동 또는 지원에 대해서는 어떠한 보장이나 보증도 하지 않습니다.

주문 취소

주문은 배송 전에 취소할 수 있습니다. 일반적으로 모든 주문은 결제 확인 후 1~2영업일 이내에 발송됩니다. 고객이 배송 예정일 전에 주문을 취소하는 경우, 주문은 취소 가능합니다.

환불

반품 상품을 수령하여 검수한 후, 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 환불 승인 여부를 알려드리겠습니다. 환불이 승인되면 원래 결제 수단으로 자동 환불됩니다. 은행 또는 신용카드 회사에서 환불 처리를 완료하고 계좌에 반영하는 데에는 다소 시간이 소요될 수 있습니다 (일반적으로 3~10일 소요). 반품된 상품이 손상되었거나, 사용 흔적이 있거나, 포장이 누락된 경우 환불을 거부할 권리가 있으며, 해당 상품은 고객님께 다시 반송됩니다.
