デバイスの購入について

GlocalMeデバイスにご満足いただけない場合は、いかなる理由でも返金または交換をご請求いただけます。ご購入いただいたデバイスを返品される場合は、発送後30日以内に、以下の簡単な手順に従ってご返品ください。デバイスは損傷がなく、完全な状態でご返品いただく必要がありますのでご注意ください。

返品する商品は元の梱包で包んでください。
領収書のコピー（または原本）を同封してください。
ご希望の配送方法でご返品ください。
返品の受領を確認した後、クレジットがアカウントに反映されるまで 10 営業日かかりますのでご了承ください。

データ購入の場合

デバイス本体と同時購入またはデバイス本体なしでご購入いただいたデータパッケージは、バウチャーコード発送後30日以内に払い戻しいたします。ただし、バウチャーコードは未使用である必要があります。一度使用したバウチャーコードは払い戻しできません。お手数ですが、お問い合わせください。 support@glocalme.com さらに詳しいヘルプについては、こちらをご覧ください。

レンタル購入の場合

発送されなかった注文については全額返金いたします。

お客様がリースデバイスの出荷後にリース注文をキャンセルする場合、お客様はキャンセル料として uCloudlink に 19.90 ドルを補償することに同意するものとします。

レンタル終了日から2日以内にデバイスをご返却ください。期限までにご返却いただけない場合、2営業日を過ぎた日数分、1日あたり9.99ドルの延滞料金が発生します。延滞料金は、返却期限日からデバイスが実際に返却されるまでの日数に応じて発生しますが、延滞料金の総額は最大100ドル/デバイスとなります。

リースしたデバイスが破損して返却された場合、お客様には以下の損害賠償金が請求されます。

a. デバイスが機能しない場合は、100 米ドル。

b. デバイスのUSBケーブルが紛失または破損している場合。5.00米ドル。

c. デバイスのポーチが紛失または破損している場合、5.00米ドル。

SIMカードのご購入について

SIM カードの発送後にデータ パッケージがロックされ、再販売できなくなるため、発送前に全額返金のみ受け付けます。

免責事項

ローミングネットワークの品質とカバレッジは国によって異なりますのでご注意ください。ローミング中のサードパーティネットワークまたはサードパーティ回線におけるデータ通信の可用性、品質、動作、サポートについては、いかなる表明または保証もいたしません。

損害および問題

検査してください
商品が到着した際に梱包に破損が見られた場合は、配達時に署名をお願いいたします。商品が破損していた場合は、写真をお送りください。 support@glocalme.com 弊社がお客様に代わって保険金請求の手続きをいたします。

交換

商品に欠陥、破損、または誤送があった場合は、無料で交換いたします。別の商品との交換、またはサイズが合わない場合は、30日以内であれば交換を承ります。ただし、返品にかかる費用は負担できません。商品は未使用で、元の包装のままご返送ください。メールにてご連絡ください。 support@glocalme.com 交換のニーズについて話し合います。

注文のキャンセル

発送前であればご注文をキャンセルできます。通常、すべてのご注文はお支払い確認後1～2営業日以内に発送いたします。配送予定日前にお客様からご注文をキャンセルされた場合は、ご注文をキャンセルさせていただきます。

払い戻し

返品を受け取り、検査後、7営業日以内に返金の可否をご連絡いたします。返金が承認された場合は、元のお支払い方法で自動的に返金されます。銀行またはクレジットカード会社による返金処理と入金には、通常3～10日ほどかかる場合がありますのでご了承ください。返品された商品が破損、摩耗、または梱包が不足している場合、当社は返金を拒否する権利を行使し、商品をお客様に返送いたします。
