No, it does not support simultaneous operation of both bands. While the Numen Air is a dual-band 5G Wi-Fi device supporting both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, only one band can be active at a time. We recommend switching to 5 GHz in crowded areas to reduce interference; use 2.4 GHz when requiring longer transmission distances or connecting legacy devices.

Users can set their own Wi-Fi password, manage connected devices via the touchscreen, restrict access to authorized personnel, and enable anti-trespassing features.

Yes, it's designed to be very simple. You just turn it on and it's ready to use. You can manage everything through the user-friendly "GlocalMe" app on your phone, where you can see your real-time data usage, top up credit, and check the network status. When you travel to a new country, it will automatically connect to a local network for you, making the process completely hassle-free.

The signal and speed depend entirely on the local cellular network coverage in your area, just like a phone. Inside buildings with thick walls, the signal may be weaker. The device will show you its signal strength. On a moving train, the connection will fluctuate as it switches between cell towers, so it's fine for browsing and email but may not be stable enough for a continuous HD video call.
